Energise your CX


Exceed is proud to have hosted Helen Burt, ex Chief Customer Officer at US’s Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) in the first of our Global Thought Leadership Forums. Helen shared insights into innovation in the US utilities market, and PG&E’s transformation from a meter centric to customer centric organisation in a series of exclusive events with Exceed’s utility customers. We will continue to host both global and Australian thought leaders over the coming months.  Our thought leadership events with our executive clients will continue with a series of CX C-Level panel discussions, kicking off in Melbourne in May.  In conjunction with our overseas guests, I feel it’s very important for Australians to share our stories, as Australia also possesses some extremely talented individuals who are doing ‘Great CX’.

This month, I had the honour of being invited to be the keynote speaker at TAFE NSW’s recent conference attended by 400 staff members, and to host the ‘2nd Digital Customer Care, Contact Centre and Experience Forum’ in Melbourne.
