Isabella Villani is a recognised thought leader with more than 20 years' experience working with executives and leaders on customer experience (CX), employee engagement, organisational strategy and transformation. She is an in-demand keynote speaker at industry forums and events across Australia and internationally, renowned for her ability to facilitate workshops with executives and boards that deliver strategic outcomes.

Isabella is Executive Chair of Exceed Global (www.exceedglobal.com), the national advisory, training and talent firm she founded in 2011. Exceed Global works with organisations from strategy to execution to enable enterprise-wide transformation across utilities, financial services, telecommunications, local government, not-for-profit and all levels of government. Clients include Telstra, NAB, Westpac, ANZ, IAG, Medibank, Officeworks, Miele, Jemena, Alinta Energy, Barwon Water, Service NSW, icare, Department of Defence, Civil Aviation Safety Authority and Fair Work Ombudsman, as well as local councils across Victoria.

 

She is a published author with international recognition for her two books, Good to Great CX (Major Street Publishing) and Transform Customer Experience (Wiley), available in hardcopy, audiobook and ebook.

Isabella is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (Order of Merit) and brings governance experience across eight board appointments. She currently serves as Deputy Chair and Audit and Risk Committee Chair of GMB Water, and Non-Executive Director and People and Culture Committee Chair of DV Safe Phone. Previous board roles include Deputy Chair of Water Partners, Director of LanguageLoop (a Victorian Government business enterprise), and Non-Executive Director of Auscontact Association and Speech Pathology Australia.

 

She holds a Bachelor of Speech Pathology from La Trobe University, a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, and Executive Coaching qualifications. Her contemporary professional development includes AI governance, cyber security governance and climate governance through the AICD and Australian Signals Directorate.
